Five-Course Prix Fixe | $125 per person + HST +18% GRATUITY
(OPTIONAL WINE PAIRINGS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR $55 + HST + 18% GRATUITY)

First Course
Salad of pickled Ontario heritage beets, goat cheese mousse and frisée, apple cider gastrique

Second Course
Classic vichyssoise, brioche croutons, aromatic oil

Third Course
Pea purée filled handmade dumplings in a brown butter creme sauce,
garnished with a candied nut crumble

CHEF’S PALATE CLEANSER

Main Course - Choice of one:

AAA New York Striploin, with seasonal greens, pomme soufflé and lemon butter jus
– or –
Poached halibut with pomme rosti, and honey-miso beurre blanc

Dessert
Chef’s individual apple cheesecakes with apple compote and Icewine Chantilly
– or –a Selection of Local Cheese
